Tsuyoshi Oyama
CEO

Tsuyoshi established RAF Laboratory Co., Ltd. in 2022 after working 23 years at the Bank of Japan, most recently as deputy director-general in Bank Examination Department, and 13 years at major global consulting firms as a partner and also as the CEO. At the BoJ, he led Basel II implementation in Japan and worked as a member of several meetings of the Basel Committee on Bank Supervision. He was seconded to the Policy Development and Review Department of the International Monetary Fund during 1993-1997. At the consulting firms, he led advisory for large financial institutions to enhance their stress testing and establish RAF.
